8.10 - 8.45am - 20km Registration 

9am - 20km Start

9.10 - 9.45am - 10km Registration

10am - 10km Start

1pm Prizegiving

Aid Stations

There will be 1 aid station for the 10km event (Top of Meads Rd - 6km)

There will be 2 aid stations for the 20km event at Top of Meads Rd (6km) & bottom of Long Gully Rd (14km)

Thanks to Four Square Brightwater & Speed On, the Aid stations will be stocked with Bananas, mix of lollies & drink mix.

Parking

Parking is at the Twin Bridges Reserve, Busch Reserve and on a private paddock. Please make an effort to carpool, as we are limited by parking.

Cutoff Times

1.30pm - 4.5hrs for the 20km & 3.5hrs for the 10km

Compulsory Gear

10km - One long sleeve thermal top

20km - One seam-sealed waterproof jacket

- One long sleeve thermal top

- One pair of gloves

- 500mL of water/drink mix

Refunds

Until the 16/08/25 - Full refund minus $10 admin fee

After 17/08/25 (week from the race) - No refunds available

If the event is cancelled for reasons outside of our control (eg Storm or fire) - full refund minus $7 fee

Music Devices are permitted

Toilets are at the event center

Waste - Take out what you take in

Dogs - Permitted on leads

Food at event centre - TBC
